Our Beginnings
Animal Medical Center of Frederick County was founded in 1998 by Dr. Brian Cather and Dr. Bruce Welch. In 2014, the hospital completed a major expansion and remodel to better serve the region.
Today, our larger doctor team and clinical staff continue that same commitment to accessible, compassionate local care.

Major credit cards are subject to a 2.5% service fee at the time services are rendered.
New Client Scheduling Policy
A prepayment for an office visit, consultation, or ultrasound is required at the time of scheduling and is credited toward your visit.
Any over-the-phone credit card payment incurs a 3% credit card fee.
